Tip: Avoid Losing Traffic When Funds Run Out

There are two ways you can avoid having campaigns paused due to lack of funds.

You can either have a “Balance Notification” emailed to you when funds reach a specified level, or you can have funds automatically replenished via credit card on file.

Here is how to access these options:

  • In dashboard view, click your username in upper right side of black menu bar.
  • Click “Billing Details” main tab.
  • Click “Billing Options” sub-tab.
  • In second section, click the blue text link “Options for Balance Notification…”.
  • Scroll down to the “Balance Notification” or “Auto Billing” section.
  • Select desired settings.
