We are seeking an Account Manager with buy-side platform experience who wants to be part of the team that takes our truly one of a kind global offering to a range of brands and agencies.
What you will do:
- Manage & optimise campaigns for existing customers
- Identify, execute & deliver on growth targets from existing customers
- Analyze campaign data, formulate & pitch recommendations to your customers to deliver growth targets
- Work with the largest brands & agencies from around the globe
- Maintain customer relationships and effectively manage key stakeholders
- Effectively handle all customer communication as the single point of contact for your customers
- Be the “champion of the customer” and become the “product expert”
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in managing online advertising campaigns at a DSP – must have
- Proven track record, 2 years minimum, of meeting revenue growth and customer retention targets – must have
- Paid Search experience – must have
- A working knowledge of programmatic – must have
- Demonstrated a strong work ethic and a “can do” approach to any task
- The maturity to operate independently when needed AND as part of a team to ‘get the job done’
- Google Analytics knowledge is nice to have
- Posses highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
